Responsibilities:
- Assist with Bonding, banding and adjustment procedures.
- Impress for appliances, be able to deliver appliances and give instructions
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take Panos and Cephs & scan with the I Tero
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain charting
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant or in a similar role required
- Knowledge of orthodontic terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with orthodontic software for managing patient records
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
